The name KaboKano broken down: Kano is short for Goikana in Setswana – A promise Kabo – came from Goabela meaning to share The combination simply means Promising to share – Based in Midrand , our go to community is Olivenhoutbosch and surrounding areas.
Giving Support through community building initiatives KaboKano understands the importance of building a strong and supportive community. To achieve this, KaboKano takes the initiative to provide various forms of support that address the community’s needs. These community building initiatives may include organizing events, projects, and programs that promote unity, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. By fostering a supportive environment, KaboKano encourages community members to come together, share resources, tackle challenges, and celebrate successes collectively.

Our NGO’s objective is to provide women with comprehensive skills training programs, mentorship, and access to resources, enabling them to become economically independent and confident contributors to society. Through workshops on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership, we empower women to break barriers and pursue their aspirations.

Our NGO is dedicated to empowering children by offering quality education, life skills training, and psychological support. We aim to create safe and inclusive learning environments where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
